At ASR Media Pro, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page provides instructions on how to request deletion of your data from our systems, including data collected through our BulletProof Ads platform and third-party integrations.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from our systems, you have several options:

Option 1: Delete Your Account Through the Platform

If you have an account on our BulletProof Ads platform, you can delete your account directly:

Steps to delete your account:

1.Log in to your BulletProof Ads account at your platform URL

2.Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar

3.Scroll down to the Account Management section

4.Click on “Delete Account”

5.Confirm your decision by clicking “Permanently Delete My Account”

When you delete your account through the platform, all your personal data and connected integration data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Data Deletion Request

If you prefer to submit a data deletion request via email, or if you no longer have access to your account, please contact us at:

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request

Required Information: Please include the following information in your email to help us locate and verify your account:

•Your full name

•Email address associated with your account

•Company name (if applicable)

•Any additional information that can help us identify your account

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving your email.

Option 3: Facebook Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account to our BulletProof Ads application and would like to delete only the data we collected from Facebook, you can:

Revoke App Access Through Facebook:

1.Go to your Facebook Settings

2.Click on “Apps and Websites”

3.Find “BulletProof Ads” in the list

4.Click “Remove” to revoke access

When you remove our app from your Facebook account, we will automatically delete all Facebook data associated with your account within 30 days.

Direct Deletion Request:

You can also submit a Facebook data deletion request directly to us by emailing asrmediapro@gmail.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request” and including your Facebook user ID or the email address associated with your Facebook account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following information from our systems:

Account Information:

•Your name, email address, and contact details

•Company information and account settings

•Login credentials and authentication tokens

Integration Data:

•All data collected from Facebook Ads accounts, including campaign data, ad performance metrics, and spend information

•Google Analytics data and website traffic information

•GoHighLevel CRM data and contact information

•Zoom webinar attendance and engagement data

Platform Data:

•All reports, dashboards, and analytics you created

•Custom settings and preferences

•Communication history and support tickets

Technical Data:

•IP addresses and log files associated with your account

•Cookies and session data

Data Retention Exceptions

In certain limited circumstances, we may retain some information even after you request deletion:

Legal Obligations: We may retain certain data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Fraud Prevention: We may retain minimal information necessary to prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

Aggregated Data: We may retain aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you personally for statistical analysis and service improvement.

Financial Records: We may retain transaction records and invoices for accounting and tax compliance purposes as required by law.

If we retain any data under these exceptions, it will be the minimum necessary to fulfill the specific legal or business requirement.

Data Deletion Timeline

We process data deletion requests according to the following timeline:

Immediate Actions (Within 24 hours):

•Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in

•Access to your data through the platform will be disabled

•Third-party integration connections will be disconnected

Complete Deletion (Within 30 days):

•All personal data will be permanently deleted from our active databases

•Backup systems will be purged of your data

•Third-party integration data will be removed

•You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve:

•Confirming your email address through a verification link

•Asking security questions related to your account

•Requesting additional identification if we cannot verify your identity through other means

This verification process helps ensure that only you can request deletion of your data.

Impact of Data Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your data is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted:

•You will lose access to all reports, dashboards, and historical analytics

•You will need to reconnect all integrations if you create a new account

•Historical performance data and attribution insights will be permanently lost

•Any ongoing campaigns or tracking will be interrupted

We recommend exporting any important data before requesting deletion. You can export your data through the platform dashboard or by requesting a data export at asrmediapro@gmail.com.
